The partnership with INDSR is the first in East Asia for CEEEP, also known as the Peruvian Army Center for Strategic Studies. The cooperation will facilitate research collaboration and foster joint exchanges to deepen and broaden the brain trust of both institutions.

INDSR is dedicated to fueling knowledge-based policy analyses and strategic assessments on Taiwan’s security. CEEEP is the Peruvian Army's think tank and the first in Peru’s defense sector. INDSR joins CEEEP’s network of associated institutions which includes the Inter-American Defense Board, the Spanish Institute for Strategic Studies (IEEE) and the Strategic Studies Institute (SSI) of the U.S. Army War College.
