Responsible for all works regarding human resources, board of directors, procurement and purchase, audit, security check, and document filing, etc.

Responsible for monitoring information security, accounting and financial works.

Responsible for domestic and international outreach, including with think tanks and media; handling visiting fellowships with international scholars and Taiwan’s military officers; point of contact with Legislative Yuan, Ministry of National Defense, and for INDSR senior leaders.
