Abstract
The international landscape confronting Central and Eastern European nations bears striking similarities to that facing Taiwan, as both grapple with an array of challenges stemming from regional power competition. Studying the foreign policy trajectories of these countries offers valuable insights that can inform Taiwan's future strategies. While numerous factors shape the foreign policy direction of Central and Eastern European states, internal dynamics provide a critical lens for analysis. This paper examines the recent elections in Slovakia, Croatia, and Lithuania to assess their future policy trends and the potential evolution of their stances towards China.
